These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services. They govern the relationship between you and Mawewe Consultancy regarding the use of our professional consultancy services.

All fees for our services will be outlined in a formal engagement letter or proposal prior to commencement of work. Fees may be calculated on an hourly basis, fixed fee, or retainer basis as agreed.
Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice, typically 14 days from the date of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges at the statutory rate.
We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date. Clients are responsible for any collection costs incurred.
Mawewe Consultancy maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
Our consultants are bound by professional codes of conduct that include strict confidentiality obligations. All client data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our engagement and continues indefinitely.
Mawewe Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services. All advice is provided based on current laws and regulations, which may change.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to pay fees, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent, misleading, or detrimental to the Firm.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
Mawewe Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
